Its proprietary compact device, “Pitagoras,” measures sweat amino acids in real time to objectively visualize key skin and muscle metrics—such as hydration, barrier function, anti-aging indicators, digestion, and metabolic health.

Serving BtoB partners like aesthetic salons, gyms, and pharmacies, PITTAN has analyzed over 5,000 cases to date. With hubs in Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Hong Kong, the company is targeting an IPO on the TSE Growth Market in FY2029.

The core of Pitagoras lies in quantifying five specific amino acids in sweat through enzymatic reactions, using a proprietary algorithm to estimate skin and muscle conditions in real time. While competing skin analysis devices (such as VISIA) rely on image analysis of the skin’s exterior, Pitagoras non-invasively captures internal biological data.

Its implementation cost is just 1/5th to 1/12th of conventional equipment, with staff training requiring only one hour. Because it allows for repeated testing to track longitudinal changes over time, Pitagoras provides dynamic tracking data that static DNA tests or single-point blood tests cannot offer. Through joint research with Osaka University, correlation analysis between salivary biomarkers and blood indicators is also currently underway.

Starting in 2027, PITTAN will expand into East and Southeast Asia, accelerating the global rollout of Pitagoras to beauty and wellness businesses. By the end of that year, we plan to introduce a new analysis mode that visualizes bodily resilience—expanding our application beyond aesthetic salons and gyms into the broader wellness sector.

Using this functional enhancement and our traction in East Asia as empirical proof, we will target entry into the European market. Planning for an IPO on the TSE Growth Market in FY2029, PITTAN aims to establish itself as a global data platform and the world-standard infrastructure for beauty and healthcare.
